Built at the same time as the Saint-Georges chapel, and described in the archives, the cellar has arches resting without capitals and with massive columns, dating from the end of the 12th century. The first part of the cellar, opposite the chapel, was converted into a prison. The châtelet of the time, seat of the commander, is replaced today by a large bourgeois house built on the foundations of the old keep. The cellar temperature is ideal, never too cold in winter and never too hot in summer.
